Posing in natural federations is very different and there aren’t many tutorials on YouTube for NGA posing specifically, so I wanted to post this video to help any of you ladies getting ready to compete in the NGA.
This was my T-walk at the NGA Universe in Coral Springs, Florida on November 10, 2018. This was my bikini pro debut show and I placed 2nd in overall bikini pro!
