今日の動画はASMR眠くなる耳マッサージ動画です。
耳や耳の周りってほんとリラックス効果が高いところですよね～。
耳かきとかされるとすぐ眠くなりますし。
この撮影の時のモデルさんも即効で寝に入ってました笑
耳自体もそうですが顎や側頭部など耳に近い部位も、
リラックス効果が高い場所ですね。
今回はマッサージに加えて、
綿棒での耳掃除や耳そうじ用音叉なども使用しました。
音叉はほんと難しく、動画でも観てもらえればわかりますが、
ぎこちないです笑
