今日は叩打法マッサージの動画です。
ASMRマッサージがお好きな方は、
叩打法音がお好きな方が予想以上に多くてビックリしてます。
もちろん私も元から好きですが少数だと思っていたのでｗ
動画内容的には、拳打法・切打法・拍打法・合掌打などで
タッピングしてみました。
今回はうつ伏せでの叩打マッサージですが、
マッサージチェアでの叩打もまた微妙に音が違ったりするので、
次回はマッサージチェアでやってみようかぁと思ってます。
